Elinex Power Solutions B.V. adheres within its business to a system of quality assurance in conformity with the guidelines of ISO 9001:2000, for which it is fully certified. This quality policy is aimed at supporting and strengthening the company policy in order to safeguard the continuity of Elinex Power Solutions B.V.
The quality objectives of ELINEX are aimed at:
- delivery of tailor-made products such as solutions for every conceivable problem relating to power supply and making contributions towards the optimal performance of primary business processes at its customers;
- fast and meticulous delivery of tailor-made services to its customers including a very comprehensive package of services in the field of support and logistics.

Targets
Customer focus, enhancing customer satisfaction, good service and improving the maintenance service are among our objectives. These are our measures for comparing delivered quality versus expected quality.
To ensure the optimal operation of the quality system, all persons concerned must fulfil their duties and responsibilities in a quality-conscious manner in the meaning and spirit of the quality management system. In practice this means that all employees are involved in the inspection of and are personally responsible for their own work, also with a view to preventing quality variances and reducing quality costs. Due attention is also given to the personal development of the employees by providing training plans, opportunities and resources that enable them to contribute optimal added value in quality terms.
Furthermore Elinex Power Solutions B.V. employs a system in conformity with the guidelines of VCA*2004/04. This system devotes attention to matters such as the performance of a structured policy aimed at continuous improvement in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and the reduction of accidents and incidents as well as material and environmental damage. HSE processes and procedures will be organised and observed within the organisation with a view to promoting the well-being of the employees, customers and society in general.
